PatternMaker PRO Released

I’ve created a new application for people who use Marvelous Designer. It’s called PatternMaker PRO.

 The Patterns

Choose from over 10 categories of patterns to find the correct look for your character. Enter your own measurements or choose from one of the sets included with the program.

The Fabric

There’s a fabric maker in the app. You start with classic designs, like gingham, houndstooth and plaid, and then change the colors to anything you need. You can download the image and it tiles perfectly in MD or any other 3D graphics program.

Wayne and I have been working on this app for months. We’re both pleased with the results. It is reasonably priced, so everyone can afford it. Check it out!

  1. Hi Lori,
Congratulations! I have been following you for a while and I recognize the effort you have been putting into all of your tutorials. I wish you lots of success in monetizing your work with the Pattern Maker Pro.

I have a question … is it possible to use Pattern Maker Pro and the customized avatar in MD to design and then print the pattern for real life sewing? I am still trying to get to a point where I go from virtual drapping to 2D pattern and then sewing. Do you envision this type of workflow possible with your app? I am assuming that I would need to add seam allowances.

    Thanks and take care,
