This tool adds a point that is perpendicular to an origin point. To do this, you'll need to choose a second point to be used as the vector.
Select the first point that will be the origin point.
Next, select another point that will be used to determine the vector. In other words, an imaginary line will be drawn between the points.
Now the new point will appear on top of the origin point perpendicular to the imaginary line. You probably can't see it.
To move the point, enter a Distance from Origin value.
If you want the point on the other side of the origin, select Other Side.
